We are Marriott members and my wife accidently left an important electrical cord behind and the hotel never did tell us about it. »

« Based on a lot of reviews I thought this would be a better quick stop than it was. I would have asked for a different room if we got there earlier. The staff is super nice and the breakfast was decent. The room however was crawling with tiny ants. To the point I sprayed bug spray on the side table so they wouldn’t crawl on the bed. I think they had a home in the headboard. I mean a lot of tiny ants. Mold in the bathroom. Just definitely not what I was expecting. »

« The hotel has a wonderful view of the Kanawha River. The room is spacious but does overlook the road, so you will hear cars throughout the night. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. This hotel is a good value for the money. »
