« There was a dip in the bathtub that I kept slipping in while I was showering. Felt like this was a known problem as there was a safety railing in there. The staircase feels unsafe as it seems like it’s not part of the building once you enter. The elevators were breaking down and at one point only one elevator available while checking in. And there was no access to stairs from the outside of the building. »
