"Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning crew is very friendly and did a good job. The issues arise from the property showing its age that’s all. If you want a true luxury experience I suggest looking for another place:)"

When I accidentally left my necklace behind, the staff went above and beyond to ensure its safe return—sending it to my next hotel in Shanghai **the very next day**!
