"We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. "Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All food was great, breakfast set us up for the day! Good Location just outside St Helier centre and a fabulous tidal pool to swim in the sea just opposite the hotel. Outdoor pool at the hotel is heated to a good temperature."
