"We were first given a room that had a terrible smell...combination of mildew and cleanser. The staff was pleasant and gave us a different room on the main floor and that worked much better. It was much brighter and smell was much improved. Everything else was very acceptable and we liked the location. It was set back from the main highway and felt safe. "

"Room cleanliness wasn’t great. There was crumbs and bits of stuff on the floor. Especially under the bed. I had my two small dogs with me so the issue really stood out to me. 1 elevator was available when I checked in. Both were out of service the next morning. Staff was very nice though so that’s good.
