Under renovation. Our first room wasn't made up and second was missing towels. However, desk staff was very helpful in getting things fixed.

Extremely disappointing stay. First of all, the place was very difficult to locate, and we arrived quite late because of that. When we finally checked in, the issues only multiplied: Bedding: There was no proper blanket or comforter provided in the room—we were forced to sleep with only a thin flat sheet. Cleanliness & Hygiene: The coffee machine still had a used coffee pod left inside from the previous guest, which was disgusting. Furthermore, the toilet had no lid at all, making it feel just like an unpleasant public restroom. Breakfast Service: Breakfast was completely disorganized. Nothing was ready when we went downstairs; there wasn't even coffee prepared until we asked them to brew it. We literally had to push and ask repeatedly just to get something to eat. The lack of basic cleanliness, comfort, and service makes this place impossible to recommend.

La Quinta MS was just fine.

La Quinta Meridian, MS did everything I needed it to do - a good night’s rest at a reasonable rate. Yes it wasn’t fancy and upgrades are very much needed, but everything worked just fine.

Hotel was old and tired, parts of room was dirty and hadn’t been wiped down on some time-hairdryer. Shower curtain didn’t cover entire length and water covered the floor. Trash was overflowing in breakfast area. For one night, bed was clean & ecomfortable (pillows were not comfortable)

Good Pet Room on the 1st Floor

We had a great late check in (11:30 pm)! We got the last pet room and so happy that they put the pet rooms on the 1st floor. We could definitely tell that it was a pet room because of the look of the floor (not a bad smell, tho) and chewed on furniture, but that was totally expected. The bed was super comfy and wonderful hot water in the shower. Great waffles for breakfast, as well as plenty of parking.

Not what I expected

This property has gone way down hill since last time we were here. Best part was the bed was comfortable. Bedding was worn but clean. Was afraid of walking on the hallway carpet, it was very worn and stained. This property needs a face lift!
