"Nice room with comfortable beds---if you are over 6 ft tall. (base is about 8 inches high) Only one cup in the bathroom. Enjoyed the breakfast, good selection. Coffee is excellent-fresh as you wait for it to be brewed."

"We stayed there 15 years ago and it was a lovely experience but most if the fun things have been eliminated (i.e. zip line, barn dances, food). It's pretty isolated with no food available at the location but a real good cafe in Grandview (R&K) for meals. Hayliegh the office person was very helpful."

"Bugs in the room and in the bed. No one on site after 6 pm"

"Very friendly people. Nice and quiet. "

"Had a quick trip out to Lake Whitney for a visit. Needed a place to overnight and found this place. Worked out for our needs. It sits out about 10 minutes east/northeast of Whitney on some caliche roads. Was peaceful and relaxing after a day of running around. Nice view and quiet. Bed comfy, a/c worked great (a bit of noise but nothing out of ordinary), and nice big bathroom area for small unit. Had small kitchen stuff with coffee bar, microwave, and small frig. Can't really cook but...

"Clean, comfortable and great for just the two of us!! Host was very responsive to us when we had a question that was answered quickly. We enjoyed our stay here."
