"I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. This traffic stopped on March 17 2020 so it was not possible to go to Guadeloupe or Castries. The restrictions on Martinique made it impossible to stay longer. "The hotel itself was very clean with good facilities but our room would have benefitted from a bit of modernisation and tlc. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the garden. The food served was fresh and varied. Overall a good base to explore Guadeloupe "

"That was poor service no coffeemaker in the room no bedsheet for the bed in the living room we are three so only 2 towels etc …… "

"A reasonable hotel - great location and good breakfast. It would have been nice to have been informed prior to booking that the restaurant would not be open due to low season. Would have benefited from access to a bar. Kitchenette was reasonable (although cookware was tired). Overall a good option in the area."
