"Our original hotel reservation has to change to another one in the same hotel group due to suddenly changes. We were able to spent our time for shopping and during that the luggages were taken to the new hotel. We were surprised, totally due to we got the suite for the night. The suite of the Hotel Schlössle was really nice as well the personnel. We enjoyed our first staying in Old town of Tallin.

"We had reservation to hotel olevi residence. When we were there, we waited 30mins to someone come and check us in. But we were sent to another hotel. No one didnt even say sorry for this, it was normal for them. There were night club under the hotel, so we could hear all music and so to our room. Cant recommend this hotel (olav hotel) to anyone. Worst hotel experience we have ever had"

We arrived past midnight, all reservation details were ready; hotel was not busy and because we had stayed there
before, our room was upgraded; lovely old historical hotel yet all modern comforts and elegant decor; peaceful and quiet at all times especially welcoming after our long trip from Canada; personal attention given to trace our flight-delayed luggage; lots of cheerful, personal and courteous attention to our requests for taxis, room service; very well trained and young staff.
