One of the only complaints we had is that it was very cold in our room compared to the rest of the building. The people above us were also very loud late into the night and early morning. "The resort was well kept, cozy with helpful staff that made us feel at home despite the language barrier. Housekeeping service was great, the room attendants on floor 3 made sure we had clean towels and serviced our room every other day. The Daily Breakfast included was simple but tasty and well prepared by the team. The 24hour coffee and tea station was a plus+++; Very delightful after long hours spent touring in the cold weather of NJ. The shuttle drivers were very punctual; friendly, &helpful. Overall the stay was very pleasant and my family and I enjoyed it. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of all our needs ; keep up the great work!"

"For some reason the breakfast om Sundays are not good. Only meat they had was turkey sausage and they were over cooked. They have a waffle maker which is a plus."

"Right from check in, we were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was clean. Housekeeping came daily and made sure beds were made, towels were replaced, and also vacuumed! I would definitely stay here again. The pool was also great to have during winter season!"
