"Nice for people with a lot of space, but totally unsuitable equipment and space for a 4-person family. The room with the extra beds nodded neither darken nor unrolled ventilated. Not toaster, no normal coffee machine, no small cup for kids or for the Nespresso machine. The apartment was new built, but had a lot of flaws. Tipped windows could no longer be closed, badly built doors could only be closed with extreme violence."

"Having the hotel linked to the airport was ao helpful. The food was beyond delicious. Our room was spacious, quiet, and bedding was very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. This hotel has it all!"

"Wow!! Super easy to get to the hotel from the airport. I thought we’d have to walk outside in the rain, but following the signs there was a fully covered walkway to get there. Room was large and spacious. Bed was firm. Shower had great water pressure. Breakfast cost extra, but wow! It was amazing!"

"A well presented hotel, a great quiet room with fantastic choice of breakfast at a small cost. As close to a railway station as you could need and a bus stop just a street away means you can stay here and not have to worry about travel. Very friendly staff. And everything working as it should. There is a restaurant for high quality food accessable from within the lobby in the evenings."

"This place is great if you are 22 and single. I got a single room to myself on floor one. It was very loud with music until about midnight. The room is quite small and it is expensive for what you get, but I think Copenhagen is just expensive. There is a gym and yoga and other, but they all cost additional money. Good location. They do have multiple bars, which are an added bonus. The main room is very crowded at night, with people hanging out, which is great if you are a solo traveler and want to meet people."

"Stayed in a queen suite. Nice decent room. Small issues with the walls and the blind, cables exposed and a large stain on the blind itself. But generally clean room. The hotel lobby is always very busy, and the entire hotel has a feeling of corporateness. The staff are friendly and help when needed but are held back by the fact everything is so expensive. We wanted too extend our stay by 12 hours to get an early flight only too be told that I would have to re-book the room at the market price. It is a shame that the staff cant do more than that. We also asked for someone to come and fix our tv as it disconnected from the hotels network. But no one came up as far as we were aware. As it was the last night this wasnt a big issue but regardless it would have been nice to have been fixed (it resolved itself the next morning). Overall a good location if you want a nice place to stay and are not too put of by the tiny details and hundreds of somewhat rude business men and women."
