« Breathtaking views and top-notch service. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. Watching the sunset over the harbor from our lanai was a daily ritual we won't soon forget. The property felt like a private oasis, yet we were only minutes away from the shopping at Mongoose Junction. The staff treated us with such warmth and provided everything we needed for our beach days. If you're looking for luxury in Cruz Bay, this is it! »

« Everything was excellent. We had some questions when we first arrived and the host was extremely helpful.
Note: Just a FYI, you must climb 2 1/2 flights of stairs to get to the apt. We are in our 70’s and that was difficult with large luggage. We also had to walk about 2 to 3 blocks with luggage up a slight hill to get to the property. »

« We enjoyed our time at this home. The three flights of stairs are only an issue when transporting luggage. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The bed is a memory foam, which my husband reacts to negatively, so he had to sleep on the couch. Beware if you have that problem as well. Overall, we would recommend staying here. We enjoyed it and St John very much. »

« This listing should be 'studio', not one bedroom. The only separated room is the bathroom. We could not enter the property for 30 minutes (after a long day of travel) due to a door malfunction. They eventually had to send a handyman. The refrigerator did not work-probably needs coolant. Lacking in some basics: only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for a week, no salt and pepper etc. The tv would frequently not connect to wifi-I had to manually go in and set each time we tried to...

« Great location in town with nice ocean view. Walking distance to SJ provisions, dolphin grocery, and mongoose shopping is a big plus. Villa can use some TLC especially for the rate but AC worked great and having 2 bedrooms was a must for us. Happy New Year! »
