We had a beautiful stay on the island of Capri for 3 days. This apartment was perfect for our couple and is an ideal property for a family of up to 4. The apartment is centrally located, extremely clean and exactly as shown. However, the best part of our stay was our host Simone. We have travelled a lot but don’t remember coming across a friendlier or more helpful host in all of our travels. From before our arrival and during our stay, Simone ensured that everything was perfect and gave...

One of the best service I have experienced at a hotel. Good location as this is close to positano. Staff was really helpful and hospitality was great.

This is a lovely hotel, a cool, calm oasis from the heat and noise of the piazza. The room felt serene with the high ceiling and soft colour scheme. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location right beside the Duomo, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was situated in a very central desirable location. The breakfast was prepared with care and had something to fit everyone’s needs. The art work and gorgeous details were stunning. The pool was beautiful and located with a panoramic view of Sorrento. The most luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed at and simply beautiful would highly recommend for something special!

Hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Staff was exceptional and so much attention to ensure all our needs were met. We were upgraded upon arrival and couldn’t have been happier with our selection. Rooms were luxurious but the piece de resistance had to be the staff 💗 absolutely went out of their way to ensure our our stay was fantastic. They arranged our dinners, gave us great recommendations to view he area. We enjoyed the gym facilities and hospitality and the hotel immensely. Will definitely...

I chose this hotel as part of my 50th birthday trip. I could not have asked for anything more divine. I loved my birthday dinner at Bosquet. The service was impeccable. Loved the fact that the furnishings of the public rooms and the guest rooms were not modern bland. There is a sense of history here.

The place is great! Centrally located, host Alfredo is excellent (just like the other reviews stated). Metro, train, a and airport "ali" bus are right there. It is located in a very busy and famous square so there are many people everywhere, as well as traffic, noise and litter. However the rooms are on the 5th floor so they aren't really affected by it. A bit difficult to find but here is the easiest way. Get off the bus or train/metro and walk right to the very visible statue of...

We just got back from spending Christmas and New Years in Sorrento Italy at the Plaza Hotel in Sorrento. This Euro-modern hotel is just steps from Piazza Tasso and the history centre of Sorrento. The hotel was clean, fresh, bright and modern. Our room was large and very comfortable, with a view of Piazza Tasso and Vesuvius in the distance across the Bay of Sorrento. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The included daily breakfast was always fresh and enticing, and the chef made...

Nice gardens and staff were friendly, we had a big balcony, in the summer theres a pool, restaurant is delicious.

Hot tub and sauna under maintenance while we were there but otherwise beautiful spot to stay.

.

Outstanding staff. Perfect location. Great pool area to relax after a day of Sorrento.

Very nice and clean. Nearby train station to go to Naples. Otherwise a nice resort, excellent breakfast and restaurant.

Very friendly people located in a very good spot very clean

A superior luxury hotel - incredible gardens

We stayed here for 4 nights to end our 3 week honeymoon across Europe, and quite simply we couldn't have picked a better spot to end an unforgettable trip. The views from our suite's balcony and the common areas were breathtaking, we couldn't get enough of them. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, large TV, powerful A/C, big bathroom and of course the lovely private balcony with amazing views of lovely Positano and the sea. The staff were fantastic and friendly,...

I had tempered my expectations for a hot that was THIS close to one of the entrances to one of the archaeological site, but it was really lovely! You step off the street and into a beautiful courtyard of varied citrus trees, and then into a tasteful, modern lobby and room. I couldn't be more happy that we chose this hotel! I want to make special mention of the Ukrainian employee (I'm sorry I didn't get his name!) who was so friendly and kind and with whom I spoke at length about the many citrus...

This property is a lovely smaller hotel that sits in a nice small town outside Serento. It was a nice 5 min walk to the main square and a further 5 min walk to the train station. Everything is very quaint without the hustle of the crowds The pool area was very picturesque with a nice view of the shore. Thus was my favourite place to visit because it gave us a rest fro the crowds
