« We stayed at Osage Village Inn from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25 for a vacation, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked was because of the pool shown on the website, only to find out it was closed and apparently not planned to reopen anytime soon due to maintenance issues. This should absolutely be disclosed before booking.
The customer service was also poor. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and acted annoyed anytime we needed...

« The room we received was on the first floor. It was dated and not very quiet. The patio door would not open without A LOT of effort. The water power in the shower was so low and NEVER was more than lukewarm at best. The was only a USB connector on one side of the bed. We were unchanged $22 for a resort fee for an overnight stay. We won't return to the Lodge when we next stay at the Lake. »
