Multiple wedding receptions, Reds home games, significant road closures in the immediate area surrounding the hotel due to Cincinnati Pride Parade and an extreme heat wave. Valets were constantly hustling, while remaining professional and pleasant. Despite the chaos, they managed traffic with efficiency and never let the pressure show. Each interaction felt personal and courteous—whether we were coming or going, they greeted us with a smile and ensured a smooth experience. What I didn’t like was the very very very very long time waiting for the shuttle bus at the airport. I feel like that was too long of a time, but I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others."
