"The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle."

"Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby. Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs. The proprietor picked me up from the airport (arranged in advance) and also took me back there for my departure, with a stop on the way at the craft shop to get some (good) souvenirs. Definitely Cozy - just 6 rooms. There is nothing special about...

"The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located in the CBD and near a few restaurants and bars. I couldn't download the rideshare apps, so i could not venture too far. Found myself going to the same places a couple times each. My flight was changed 4 times, so now i had an evening flight. The front desk was thoughtful and allowed an extended late check out. That was really appreciated and i can't thank them enough for that. Exceptional service."

"The staff are wonderful, attentive, charming and incredibly helpful. The game drive's were fantastic with the guide brilliantly knowledgeable, patient and excellent at finding animals to view - we saw a pride of lions relaxing after a hunt, giraffes, zebu, antelope, hippos, baboons, naughty monkeys and hundreds and hundreds of elephants. The best part of Chobe Mopani Forest Lodge apart from the staff is the watering hole. We had breakfast and dinner overlooking the watering hole watching families of elephants visit, drink, play and depart as well as many bull elephants exerting their dominance. Absolutely magical. "
