The staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful. If you ever plan to stay in Amarela resort, please take the time to walk the grounds -- they have an art gallery, beautiful walkways, a library, a massage hut, a garden, an infinity pool, a magnificent view of the sunrise, etc. The surrounding area is peaceful. "My wife and I had the best time on our vacation, the service was out of this world, the restaurant food was fantastic, so much to chose from , our stay was for one week and we ate like a King, never had a bad meal and our last night there we had fresh lobster for $17.00 and was a good size to, the hotel staff was the best, I will be returning there again next January. Was simply too badly run hotel. + Nice staff - No room cleaning. -The air conditioning was bad and sounded terrible, couldn't sleep .. - No water in the shower and the toilet barely worked. - The food at the hotel was very limited.
