« Worst place we have ever stayed. Claimed to be fully renovated in 2026, but was more cover-up than repair. First room reeked of mold and mildew, ceiling was covered in dark mold that you could clearly see they had tried to paint over. Room air cool and moist with smelly musty air blowing in from ac unit. Floors were unswept. Asked for new room, staff not surprised by concerns. Moved us to room above. Not as musty but floor, sink area, and table not clean. Had new toilet and sink installed over...

« Endroit tranquille et parfait pour business. Personnel attentionné. Hôtel et chambre propre. »

« This place was clean and friendly people we would stay again. The bed is hard but everything else was great! »

« Très propre, bien situé, personnel attentif. »

« Bon rapport qualité/prix, accueillant et propre. Le seul bémol était le manque d'ustensiles de cuisson dans la cuisinette. »

« Hôtel de passage situé dans une zone commerciale »

« Une étape d’une nuit à Townsend. Très proche du Cades Cove Loop. Nous y sommes allés deux fois »

« Lovely place to stay. Staff friendly, room clean, loved the hot tub. »

I was told by staff they could help me find another hotel. »

« Got there and checked it and everything went smooth. Got a key yes a real key and it inside was clean and bed was very comfortable . Same for bathroom. There was a balcony over looking the foothills too. Beautiful area. Will be back! »

« Our original room had an old air conditioning system that was not working. The room was very hot and stuffy. The staff was very accommodating and attempted to fix it, but realized that it needed to be seen by their maintenance department. It was too late to move to another room, so they provided a fan. The next day (Saturday 10/03), we needed to leave the hotel early but agreed to switch rooms when we got back later that night. The staff, again, was great, friendly, and so helpful with the move...
