« Host was easy to communicate with. Perfect for a family. Lots of activities for kids. Unfortunately the Blanco River was dry but the kids had fun playing in the rocks. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring your own utensils. They have many but they are quiet warn out. I highly recommend this property for a family or large group. »

« We hosted my boyfriend’s 30th birthday here- and it was perfect! The different sleeping locations allowed all of our groups of friends to comfortably relax and spread out. We all took a short drive to Pedernales for a hike (40ish minutes), but spent most of our time enjoying the property. The pool, hot tub, game room (No AC but they provided great fans!), multiple kitchens and bathrooms made hosting a large crowd easy. Plus, all of the beds were comfortable! Hosts were great when we asked...
