« Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else....

« When we got there our room wasn't ready yet and we had trouble checking in because they cannot find our name on the guest list. We have to search for the confirmation email as proof. But the place is clean and very pocturesque. Very quiet. And the staff are very nice. I wish they could have larger parking space. »

« The location is great, overpass walk and you are right at the mall. Staff is amazing from check in to room service. I stayed at Malarayat for few days for 3x the cost no breakfast, no room service and the restaurant is far and I regret that very much. This is hotel is diamond in the rough, definitely stay at this place again. »
