"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was located in a UN diplomatic zone, had more security around the area too. Good if you are travelling for business stay. No shops or eateries nearby thou"

"Good hotel .Fair cost/facilities package. Good WiFi & restaurant but i did not use gym. Hotel is in very quiet police controlled diplomatic enclave not far from FrenchEmbassy. Hotel & rooms are clean & generally comfortable but bed is hard (like chinese 3*). Mattress quality needs improving. Typical slowish service but it is near India ( even slower service) Hotel is popular & nearly full of foreign business visitors. I would stay again. Nearby park is popular for walking early morning 7am ish...
