"We stayed 3 nights while attending a college graduation nearby. Cottage was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was soft but comfortable. Sofa bed was also used by a teenager, it was saggy but functional. The location is lovely and the wraparound screened-in porch is a big plus. A negative is not many surface areas to put our things and toiletries; rooms are small. Owner was quick to reply to questions when booking. Overall, a comfortable stay. "
