« Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room. They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make...

Staff extra friendly, room extra clean and a lot of bang for your buck. Had to leave earlier than expected but was a great stay. « We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really friendly and nice. The place looked clean and tidy. I would say there were two minor issues; there isn’t enough parking by the chalets but you can park by the office which is few feet away. The second issue is the hot water wasn’t enough. I would definitely recommend it and would book there again for sure. »

« It was nice relaxing. The only downfall was I misunderstood. There was no pool. It was only a Whirlpool and I had three grandchildren with me so therefore, I ended up going an hour away to the three bears resort for the kids to have a day of swimming, it was the cheapest place to get passes for the pools. »

« We stayed at Delta Grand Resort room (Vegas Baby) and overall the condo itself had potential, but the cleanliness was disappointing. When we arrived there were cobwebs in the right-hand corner of the entryway and the floors did not look like they had been swept or mopped. We also noticed cobwebs behind the bed and a visible handprint on the window between the bathroom and jacuzzi area. The bedroom also had a stale smell and the unit just didn’t feel fresh or properly cleaned. I honestly feel...
