Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pelican is our home away from home!

The unit was very clean and taken care of. Bed was comfy. View was amazing! The fridge took over a day to get cold. If I didn’t put some food in the freezer to help stay cool then we would of lost a lot of it. I had to keep making sure it wouldn’t freeze while also making sure it stayed cold. I messaged the guest services and they was very responsive and nice but I don’t think anyone ever came to check on the fridge or they came when we wasn’t in the unit which I requested not to happen. Other than the fridge being pretty aggravating in the beginning, we definitely enjoyed our trip and will definitely return.

Avoid

Condo was clean. But that was the only good thing. Major maintenance is needed. Toilet seats were barely attached. Handles coming loose on drawers. Tub/shower drained extremely slow. Worst part was the AC. It was broken. The blower would not come on but the condensor would. Resulting in the unit freezing up. The air filter was months past the point of changing and mold was growing due to the freezing up and melting. Took them over 24 hrs to come up with a solution and was told it would be fixed. Their solution was box fans.... Had to stayed glued to my phone half the vacation. They offered to move us but to a different resort. Our beach chairs were already paid for and we picked this condo for the resort. No offer for a discount. Paid over $700 to sweat our butts off trying to sleep. Never again.

The perfect family vacation spot!

The unit was clean and surprisingly spacious for a one bedroom. The mattress was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The view from the balcony is awesome and we loved enjoying breakfast at the high-top table outside. The amenities were great and easily accessible. We can’t wait to come back!
