24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. This condo is located at Pelican Beach Resort on the 11th floor (Unit 1109) with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, emerald waters and breathtaking sunsets from your own balcony. There is an actual video of the unit when you scroll through the pictures.

This spotless unit features new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting, wood tile flooring, new bathroom vanities with granite countertops and tile backsplash, new bedroom furniture, all new lighting, updated decor and paint.

Enjoy beautiful porcelain wood tile throughout the unit as well as a stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and USB power outlets. The Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, air fryer, panini maker, air fryer, Fiestaware dishes, and fully appointed kitchen will make you feel right at home.

Kids and teens will love the custom built bunk beds with Roku TVs. Each bunk comes complete with individual lighting, USB power outlets and HDMI inputs.

The living area includes a cozy comfort queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50" Roku TV, and Bluetooth attached stereo system for listening to your favorite music while enjoying the beautiful ocean views.

The tastefully decorated master bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The shared guest bathroom includes a shower with a rainfall showerhead.

Pelican Beach Resort is strategically located in one of the most sought after areas in Destin. Located across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park, convenient to many of the best restaurants in the area, Harbor Walk, outlet malls, the list is endless.

The onsite amenities include heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe', hot tub & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun.

Since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally. For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service. I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use that are found in the owner's closet, if you choose not to rent.

I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing.

THERE IS NOT A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT. IT IS IN THE HALLWAY ON THE SAME FLOOR.

Exceptional Condo with Spectacular View of the Gulf

A truly outstanding unit that is extremely clean and instantly welcomes you to a spectacular view of the Gulf. It has very comfortable furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen for all needs. The unit also has a recently updated master bathroom shower that is extremely satisfying after a fun day on the beach.Pelican Beach Resort is professionally managed and is ideally located to Destin's many restaurants and activities.... we love staying here!

Top Notch Host from beginning to end! Communication was great, host was accommodating to whatever we needed which was not anything because she had every detail thought out for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo! It was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation.

Marvelous moments

Our stay was perfect! Beautiful accommodations with a lovely beach setting and gorgeous weather. Our host provided everything we needed and went way beyond to make our stay enjoyable. There are wonderful places to eat very close by. We really enjoyed it and hope to do it again.

Everything you needed and then some

Owner provided everything to make an easy and comfortable stay. Plenty of paper products, lots of beach stuff to include coolers, beach bags, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for use and convenience. She was super responsive and helpful...the condo was beautiful, beds comfortable....would highly recommend this rental!

Perfect Condo and Amazing Owner

The condo and property manager were both absolutely amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked with EVERYTHING we could need or want. You can tell Julie really wants to make you feel at home. From the quality items, to the houseplants, and small rugs everywhere...the whole vacation was perfect. Julie was so amazing and checked in multiple times before and during our stay. We rented this place for couple of days and Julie helped and guided us. Her regular checkins over messages helped us with lot of things. Place is awesome and we were able to view sunrise and an awesome beach view through out the day.

Had a great experience, The host Julie was great and made this experience for us very easy. Perfect vaca getaway!

Julie was a wonderful host. She is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. She even had a bottle of wine and water on our arrival. The place was super clean! Everything about this property was great!! The owner was so easy to communicate with. The condo had everything we needed! Including paper towels, hand soap, & shampoo etc! Clean, Relaxing, Wonderful View!

I have nothing but great things to say about this booking! From the time I booked our trip to the day we left coming home. Julie started messages me soon after I booked to make sure I didn't have any questions and see if there was anything else we needed. When we got there we couldn't believe how nice the property was. It was so clean and modern. The ocean view was amazing! We could just sit on the couch and look out at the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Birthday Getaway!

Julie is an excellent host. Great communication from the start. Her condo was beautiful & very inviting. The Welcome basket was amazing filled with snacks, water, & even flip flops & towel. This condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything was exactly as pictured. The owner was available for any questions we had about the area and provided recomendations for area restaurants. The condo had everything you needed for a perfect vacation and was way above our expectations! Even the furniture on the balcony was great to watch the dolphins in the mornings!

Management was more than generous and accommodating.

During our stay the building started a very loud and dusty renovation on floors above ours. Julie checked in with us each day to make sure we were ok with the issues and was more than generous in compensating us for this inconvenience during our stay.

If you’re wanting to stay somewhere clean, have great communication with the host, and just have absolutely no worries at all, then this is your condo! The interior itself is decorated beautifully. The views from the 11th floor balcony were incredible! My wife, three small kiddos, and I stayed comfortably. To be honest we simply just did not want to go back home. Julie is by far the best host I’ve ever dealt with, and if we continue to vacation to Destin there is no other place that my family will stay!

Five Star Experience

Our family loves Destin and we have visited many times, But this was, by far, one of our best experiences!! This condo is exactly as described: clean, beautifully decorated, well-furnished, comfortable with a gorgeous view!! Our second day there, we watched from the balcony as a pod of dolphins played for several minutes directly in front of us! Such a special moment! Julie is an outstanding host!! She is warm, friendly and does her best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The gift basket was a lovely touch! Despite the cool temperatures when we visited, we enjoyed the gorgeous heated pool and hot tub! This property is fantastic, with so many amenities!! We would definitely recommend!!
