Destin Budget Vacation Condo Rental 3 Pools, Lake Access, Sleeps 4. Beautiful renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Destin Florida beach condo vacation rental. Budget friendly so that you can enjoy more on your family vacation and less on a place to sleep! All of the comforts of home available to you in your home away from home. Our property is about 3/4 mile walk to the beach. It is located on the North side of highway 98. Our space is 800 square feet. It has one private bedroom with a queen bed. In the main living area is a couch with queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, pots & pans, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, measuring cups & spoons. Ninja blender, electric skillet, crockpot, mixer and so much more. The kitchen is open into the main living area. We have an outdoor patio for morning coffee and it sits along a small lake filled with turtles. The bathroom includes a tub/shower unit for the littles. Our unit is best enjoyed as a party of 2, but you can enjoy it with 1-2 children. There is an in unit washer & dryer located in a closet on the outside patio. Beach items are also stored in this closet. Guests will have access to the entire condo. Beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and a few sand toys. Great location made it easy to get around. Kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed to make meals there. Very comfortable bed and living room furniture. The complex was easy enough to find with the directions and the building is the farthest around the pond. The lights in the parking lot aren’t super bright so it could seem a bit shady when arriving late, but once morning came it was fine! You can tell the building and complex is older but they have done a decent job keeping it up. We did not go to the pools but there are two and you can get to them by walking over the line bridge depending which you want to go to! The unit was more than enough room for myself, my husband and our 6 month old. We brought her pack n play with us. The ceiling fan in the bedroom makes a lot of noise so we weren’t able to use and the bedroom door doesn’t stay open on its own so we had to keep the air kinda of low to stay cool enough at night. The bathroom area is large enough. The bath tub was sufficient to give our daughter a bath after a beach day. The bathtub tap does drip so if that’s something that may bother you at night, take into consideration, maybe the host will get that fixed before the next booking! The only real issue we had was wifi in the unit. I don’t know if the service was just really poor but the TV which was about 10 feet from the rougher had trouble connecting and we use an owlet for our daughter at night and I couldn’t connect that at first either. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need to cook, although we didn’t. They provided a few K cups for the Keurig and chips! ##### Kristen M.
