If you don’t mind being 20 minutes away from everything, come out & see what it’s like to really get away. This is a very private place to relax & enjoy. From great views all around,to seclusion, 20’X60’ saltwater pool with oversized spa. Complete with swim up bar that seats 5, tanning shelf, & dedicated swim lane. There is a build-in bbq grill, griddle, ice chests&fridge. ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: This is a very unique property. Located in Indio Hills, with lots of privacy whether you are looking to relax as it is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by mountains and desert landscape. Closest grocery store casino or town (Indio, Palm Springs, Palm Desert) is 20-30 mins away. Property is only 22 miles away from Palm Springs Airport and 48 miles to Joshua Tree. This property lies on 5 acres of gated Privacy, no nearby neighbors. This home features 7 bedrooms, complete with kings and queen beds and 1 set of twin over a queen bed. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house. 1 bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is shared with the other 4 bedrooms. The other bedrooms can access this en suite bathroom. There is also a bathroom for the main house located just outside the house. It is handy as it is close to the pool area, outdoor dining and where most of the time people are. There is a casita with 2 bedrooms that have King Beds in each and a TV in each and 1 shared bathroom. That totals 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool, spa and 2 BD/1BA bath guest house are under 3 years old, the original home has been renovated.. POOL + SPA HEAT / OUTDOOR LIVING: It features an awesome outdoor area with a salt water pool (one of the largest pools in Coachella Valley - 60,000 gallons, 20\`x60\` and 14\` depth on one end of pool!) oversized spa, bbq, fire pit, and with plenty of patio furniture to lounge on. Enjoy outdoor dining for 18 guests, surrounded with great views of the natural desert. POOL|SPA: Pool: $225/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $45/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 48hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. \*\*Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: We strive to accommodate groups of all sizes! PLEASE READ: It is also governed by more relaxed noise ordinance than any surrounding cities, however, full County regulations are in effect and to be followed. We have a built-in, state of the art, Sonos music system installed inside and outside of home. You are welcome to use it, this high end system sounds quite clear especially without any city or road noise as you would get in the city. It is calibrated to the decibel required by the county. We ask to kindly NOT to bring your own sound system or any other amplified music, NO EXCEPTIONS. Violators’ forfeit the deposit and will result in eviction. We have had situations that guests have brought systems that can be heard over 7 acres away, this excessiveness will not be tolerated, as we respect our community and ask you to enjoy responsibly. Our system is compatible to iTunes, Spotify and Pandora as well as other physical systems via Bluetooth. Please provide us with a backup number, if we cannot get a hold of anyone and there is an issue at the property that we have to dispatch a property manager, a callout $150 fee will be charged. After 10 pm is quite hours - no amplified music outside and noise should not be heard past the property line. Anna and the team did such a great job setting everything up. The location is a bit far from everything but that wasn’t an issue at all. Getting to the place was also not an issue even though it was off the grid. The home was pretty clean and extremely spacious outside. The main attraction was the outside view with the huge pool and hot tub which did not let us down! It was perfect for this bachelorette party. Some of the rooms were a bit odd being connected to one another but that didn’t bother anyone. Overall the place was great and I would definitely book again! ##### Gerald T. I booked this property for my sister's bachelorette weekend with a group of friends and family and we couldn't have loved it more. It's definitely in the middle of nowhere and a bit tricky to get to. We had party busses take us to and from downtown both nights we went out and it worked out great. The outdoor area is obviously the main attraction. We spent 90% of our time by the amazing pool. The interconnect rooms and limited bathrooms were a bit odd, but with the 4 outdoor showers and 2 outdoor bathrooms it was no problem. I loved that there is a TV and sound system outside, as we were able to play a bachelorette jeopardy game with an HDMI cord on the outdoor TV and play music around the clock. A couple of notes: we were confused when we arrived because there are a few doors with key pad locks on them and the code we had wasn't working. Eventually we found an unlocked door but we were scrambling to get in and decorate before the bride arrived. Also, we had some trouble connecting to the sonos system. The instructions just say connect to Airplay, but having never used that system before it took us half a day to figure it out. A step by step guide with pics would be helpful. Also, the TV remotes had no batteries so we had to look all over the house for a device that had AAA batteries so we could turn on the TV. All that being said though, the hosts were helpful and responsive when we reached out to them for help. Big thank you to Anna and the team! Highly recommend!! ##### Jenna J. Let me first start off by saying that the views from the house are incredible. The outdoor space here is wonderful, the pool was amazing. The house itself is rather run down, the sheets need replacing, the kitchen has seen better days, it just needs a little bit of updating. The one bathroom in the house has two toilets in it, and one of them wasn’t working. We had such a good time and our wedding was beautiful but we brought in a ton of decorations and did a lot of sprucing. I would recommend staying here but just know what to expect, it’s not super fancy but the outdoor space is great and it is a perfect space for a party. ##### aliye m. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for lots of friends to get together. House layout was slightly strange with walking through bedrooms to get to the main house bathroom. The main bathroom shower is step down so you must be careful. We definitely want to come back when it is warmer because the pool was AMAZING! ##### Camille M. Excellent for larger families and gatherings! Anna was great and always responded so promptly! Even brought over new umbrellas for the pool because it was a scorcher that day!
