Staff was very friendly and helpful at desk. Housekeeping did knock and try to enter our room before I could answer the door at 10am, an hour before checkout, so educate them to let us answer. It takes 15 seconds, not 3\. A do not disturb sign would have helped. Otherwise it's a nice place."
