#### Listing is Misleading

I’ll start with the good parts about this apartment. This is a one bedroom loft in a great area of Denver. There are many cool bars locally, and there is a lot to do within walking distance of the apartment. However, the apartment was not clean at all upon entry, and did not have any basic amenities such as toilet paper, hand soap, or shampoo/body wash. The only parking available is street parking. Which has a 2 hour limit between 8 am - 6 pm Monday thru Saturday. It was also incredibly dusty, as it looked as if the air filters hadn’t been changed since George Bush was president. Additionally, there were nails sticking up out of the floorboard underneath the carpet where the carpet met the kitchen tile. Like a spike strip straight out of Need for Speed. The upstairs couch has legs broken and is tilted. There is a spine chilling hand-drawn picture of a Sasquatch sitting on a mountain, surrounded by floating eyes, which are crying to create a SEA of tears below the mountain. And to top it all off there is no wifi service, although the listing says there is. When I messaged the owner asking about wifi I received no response. To sum it up I would not recommend.
