This property is simply perfect—beautiful, spacious, very clean. In addition, there is a beautiful, large outdoor patio/porch that overlooked a very nice park. Extremely quiet and private, spacious, comfortable, coziest beds ever, super clean, and in the heart of a neighborhood on Tennyson surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops. It is a great location and the building is clean, safe, and very nice. The downside is that you have to download a second app for your access information or to communicate with the manager. What a lovely visit to Denver thanks to our stay at the Berkely Hotel! Located on Tennyson with fabulous shops, coffee houses, restaurants, a public dog park, playground nearby and the perfect bakery to start our day. The hotel and rooms are fabulous! Clean, easy entry, lovely views and items you need to have a great stay. The kitchen was stocked with the main necessities for eating in. Clean beds, bath, living area , nice size tv’s. The rooftop patio is an Added plus. Communication with the owners was easy when we needed it with fast responses. Parking under the hotel is secure and easy. Loved the property - location, cleanliness, amenities (top of the line appliances, great toiletries). Especially loved the rooftop area which had a fire pit (super easy to use and so fun) and grills (which we didn't use). There was also a wraparound private balcony which was incredible.
