You couldn't ask for a better location! 12 minutes to Downtown Denver, 4 minutes to Olde Town Arvada, 15 minutes to Red Rocks and 1 hr to the nearest ski resort! Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home is the perfect place to stay w/family and friends. We have something for every age! Enjoy the hot tub or the fully decked out bar & entertaining space in the basement, outfitted with ping pong, basketball & darts. A bunk room w. toys for the kids. Toddler/Infant items for your use as well!  
  
☆☆3 BEDROOMS☆☆  
The Master and Secondary bedrooms are located on the main floor. The spacious Master Bedroom has a plush king-size mattress, with a reading nook & fireplace + a walk-in closet. The Secondary bedroom has a queen size bed with a standard closet and dresser.  
  
☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆  
There are two spacious bathrooms available to you. The main floor bathroom includes a shower & tub. There is tons of storage for your toiletries. The secondary bathroom also includes a shower and is located in the basement for access to all guests.  
  
☆☆KITCHEN☆☆  
Fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and luxury finishes, making it a perfect place to create gourmet meals with family and friends. Offering all needed cooking utensils and spices. There is a high chair, plates, bowls, utensils and cups for kiddos too.  
  
☆☆FAMILY ROOM☆☆  
Includes a 65” TV w/ Netflix, which is perfect for a movie night. Cozy up next to the fireplace and enjoy a cup of tea and a nice book. \*The fireplace is not in use.

The room is located at the front entrance and is filled with board games and toddler/kid friendly toys.  
  
☆☆BASEMENT☆☆  
Enjoy the ultimate space for entertaining! Watch a football game on the 75 inch tv, stock up the bar and take on your friends/family in ping pong, basketball or darts.

Perfect for the kiddos, this 4 bed bunk room is the cutest southwestern theme!

All guests have access to the laundry room located in the basement. There is plenty of detergent for your use, as well as a utility sink.  
  
☆☆BACKYARD☆☆  
The backyard offers a covered patio and a 5-6 person hot tub. In the summer months we also offer a fire pit and full outdoor dining table for 6. Hang out and unwind in the beautiful Colorado weather!  
  
☆☆LOCATION☆☆  
This house is perfectly located with easy access to Olde Town, Arvada. 10-15 minutes to your Denver festivities, 7 minutes to the fun bars & shops on Tennyson Street, 15-20 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater and 1 hour to the nearest ski resort.  
  
☆☆COFFEE + SNACKS☆☆  
We know our guests arrive at all hours of the day. We have a basket full of quick snacks to hold you over upon arrival. The house has a drip coffee maker & Keurig w/ coffee provided & electric tea kettle w/ tea provided.  
  
☆☆KID'S AMENITIES☆☆  
We offer a pack-n-play crib, toddler/kids toys and a high chair for your little ones. We also offer a bathing bed for you to use in the showers when washing your little ones. All items are cleaned and sanitized between guests.  
  
Please note, the home is cooled by an evaporative cooler. (Very common in Colorado) VRBO doesn't have this option available for hosts to select. Temperature is controlled on a dial next to the heating thermostat.  
Noise complaints will not be tolerated.
