Fit our needs perfectly

Great host. Great location. It is on the corner of a busy street. It was quiet and peaceful. Pretty backyard. I’m not sure why i thought there were kings beds but there are not. 4 queens. We slept 3 adults in 3 queens and we were comfortable. Living room is right size for 3 people. Maybe 4 but who stays inside to watch tv in denver in the summer? No one. We like space and luxury. I’m sure 4 young couples would be fine. Property manager was responsive and excellent!

Anout 25 minutesfrom most venues in the downtiwn Denver area. Home was very roomy and well decorated.We really enjoyed the ping pong and the basket ball.

Great stay

We had a family reunion with people from all across the country. Loved the layout of the house. Only suggestion is to consider handrails on the porch and patio. Great patio and backyard. Good location as it was close to shopping and also to the sites we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming Arvada Home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Arvada! It is well-maintained, has a great backyard, and is in a great location, less than a mile from Clear Creek Valley Park and less than a 15-minute drive from downtown!

Great stay in Arvada

We loved it. The back yard was perfect for the toddlers and 4 year old to play. The swing set was a big hit. The adults enjoyed the ping pong table after the kids went to bed. Everyone said the beds were comfy and the showers were good. The kitchen was well provisioned. There was a bit of a delay getting the code for check in but once we contacted our host, everything was very smooth. Our host was quick to respond to any queries we had. The location was great for our needs. We were there to see our newest granddaughter, niece and cousin. We will stay again if we all come to Denver at the same time. Thank you.

Amazing location! House fully stocked with kitchen necessities, and games for all ages.

The house is in an amazing location! Love how each bedroom basically has a bathroom. Tons of room seating in kitchen area. Love the range of games to include all ages. Unfortunately house was not clean. My kids feet were black within minutes of arriving and playing in the house. Crumbs were found in basement bed. Hair found on several towels and master shower was dirty. We even found socks under the bed.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything a family could want. Had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs and downstairs was decorated nicely. The basement added a lot of extra space to hang out. The backyard would have been great to hang out in had it not been for winter. We felt very safe in the area. We found several restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in the area. The landlord was easy to reach to answer questions. Yes, we would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Wonderful and Memorable Stay

If you are looking for the perfect home for your family vacation this is the one! Our family of 3 generations met to celebrate our mothers retirement and birthday. It couldn’t have been more special for all of us.
