Beautiful family home 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms with showers . Cute kitchen , Cozy living room with large TV & 3 couches to sleep on & Beautiful stone fireplace. Large Family Party room, with 3 couches & Huge dinner table for 21 & Nice size Bar with sink and bathroom with shower , 3air mattresses available if needed. Nice front patio and huge back yard for picnics & Parties. & lots of parking on property front and back. Home is located off of I 25 & the Boulder turn pike. In and industrial area in a private location. Private basement is occupied by helpful couple that will greet you at the door and show you around and don't mind noise upstairs .

16th Birthday Party

We had a blast, very friendly host. We celebrated our son 16th Birthday party. We had about 45 people join us there. There is bae set up which was great, definitely booking in the future.
