"Staff was pleasant at check in. I was disappointed in the additional early check in fee, however. I’ve never experienced that before. Adequate breakfast but had a terrible stomach ache from eating the very greasy egg dish. I’m sure some liked it. "

"This was a last minute reservation initiated by a horrible layover. I was amazingly pleased at the ease of reserving, checking in and out, and the available shuttle. The room was clean. The staff was engaging. I would recommend this hotel."

"Great staff, nice rooms, very quiet. Only bad thing is the coffee, both in the room and in the lobby. Had to drive to Starbucks. Otherwise, a great hotel for the value!"

"Overall it’s an excellent property. There were a few stumbling blocks the first couple of nights (don’t stay on the top floors on the highway side ! It get very loud at 6am!!) some of the night staff dropped the ball on a few things but the general manager Is awesome. She absolutely knows what customer service is. Some of her staff not so much but she absolutely made up for their shortcomings. It’s unfortunate that ALL employee’s can’t be rock starts like the GM!!"
