"The boat house was exactly what we were looking for…a rustic accommodation on a waterfront. The location is perfect with amazing views of the salt water Swan Pond. The house had everything we needed for a week-long stay with 2 large shepherds. We enjoyed our many interactions/conversations with the host Laurance and “Shadow”.The house Is centrally located on a private and quiet peninsula close to great beach’s, shops, and restaurants I would recommend taking the kayaks down the river to the beach. It was one of the highlights of the trip.We would recommend staying here."

"What we like the most was being right at the beach. Also the place had its own kitchen which is a plus to me. And plenty of outdoor grilling on a beautiful set up. The one thing I recommend is a firepit area was missing and an area for a small playground for the little ones. Overall this resort has been one of our favorite and we will continue to come back. Thank you."
