"Pleasant hotel, great location. Food was very good. Plentiful parking locally. Staff very helpful. Gym has been upgraded,, the stepper doesn't function correctly - as reported on our last visit about a year ago! Our room was large and functional but somewhat dated as are other areas of the hotel. Finally, the hotel was incredibly busy, but the staff throughout the hotel worked really well as a team and even under pressure remained upbeat and pleasant."

"Rooms were very well cleaned and looked after. Majority of staff where very helpfull. Taxi service to aid hotel was very poor. Parking was disorganised with cars parking in random places. Having to carry down deck chairs to beach is poor in the year 2026. Having to get a gym card every morning for gym access is not acceptable, surely room key card should be suffice."

"Comfortable, well equipped hotel in a great location just below the castle close to the centre of town and the port/marina. Lovely roof terrace for drinks and dinner in the evening and lots of good restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff to look after you. Free on street parking nearby requires patience and a bit of luck but the parking at the port/fish market is surprisingly reasonable! Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"An excellent hidden gem by the ocean. Hotel was immaculate and staff very attentive nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was incredible 😲 delicious and plenty of it. We will most certainly be back. Thank you for a great stay."

"The villa is big and was very clean on arrival, perfect for large families/groups. The local host Natascha was friendly and helpful. Dénia is a pretty town with a fantastic beach and plenty of supermarkets but a car is definitely recommended. We did use uber and that was fine although prices varied from 12 to 50 per trip to town depending on the time of day! While the villa is lovely & very well equipped, it is a bit tired looking so wouldn’t describe it as luxury….bedding and towels were mis-matched and a bit worn. We also had an issue with the pool while we were there, Natascha was helpful in getting it sorted but it meant we couldn’t use it for a day & a half which was very disappointing, particularly for the young children who had been loving it! I hadn’t realised when booking that electric was extra, we paid 170 for the week. Also worth noting that the bins are a fair way…needed a car just to take the rubbish out.Overall we had a great stay, loved the size & space that allowed privacy despite being a large group, and the tennis court was a fab addition."

"Cannot thank Patricia and Geri enough for our recent stay. Any issues we had were dealt with very quickly, and they were very minor issues anyway. We will return to Denia and I'd hope we'd be able to stay in this villa again as it had everything we needed.Once you have stayed you will feel the same. A truly lovely base to explore the area, or just laze by the pool and let the world go by."
