« Très mauvaise expérience. Chambre familiale pas du tout adaptée aux enfants. Aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain : il faisait la même température qu’à l’extérieur, la fenêtre étant entrouverte et non chauffée. Le carrelage était glacé, totalement inacceptable avec des enfants. La chambre est une mezzanine avec un escalier en colimaçon, dangereux et inadapté pour une famille. Nous avons signalé le problème de chauffage, la réponse a été qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Inadmissible compte tenu...

« For a trip to Efteling, this hotel is ideally located in the lovely quiet area Kaatsheuvel, just 10 minutes walk to the entrance of the park. We found the hotel to be really warm and homely, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, the breakfast/dinner hall had a nice childrens play area, and the room were clean and tidy. Overall very pleased with our pick! Would come again and will recommend to others. »
