Very short staffed most of our stay one person running reception and bar areas. Room was dusty and even corridors. Fan in room was full of dust! No A/C. Nobody serviced room throughout our stay. Location was good and quiet during stay.

Old, cold & noisy room, no kindness, nor sorry

I went to this hotel last year, everything was ok. But this time, nothing was good, especially the bedroom we were given, located close to the staircase and the banging doors of the corridors that take people to the ‘real’ bedrooms. So everyone going up you can hear them talking, closing the doors & the machinery of the sliding door at the ground level. It was an old window, that doesn’t close properly so you can feel the cold wind going inside when you re lying on the bed. You hear every car passing in the street & the tower clock of the nearby church ringing every quarter. The bathroom was old & very dirty, yellowish where you have the shower doors. The person at the desk told us that the hotel was full & could not change us of bedroom but the parking was half filled compared to one year before & they were not a lot of people inside also compared to the previous year. That person lied without shame & was not polite to us, we felt as we were surely not welcome. We were treated like animals in à ‘take It or leave’ kind of mood. I suspect that room to be the N-word room, so you never come back to the hotel. My wife is from Africa & i suspect something ugly from fletcher. Anyway, they won, we will never ever go back in a fletcher.

Very uncomfortable sleep

I was really disappointed in the stay here. We queued to check in. There was no air conditioning and our room was swealteringly hot. Very poor nights sleep. The room wasn’t particularly clean and the beds weren’t great. There was a single window which opened onto the bunk beds which my children were sleeping in. They could have quite easily fallen from the top bunk out of the window which worried me all night. There was one small fan in the room. Please invest in larger fans.

Was a decent size family room but the hallways echoed every door opening and closing as well as conversation. No coffee etc although there was a kettle in the room. No elevator to top rooms and not convenient to get to room. Friendly staff

The room was very hot and there were no airco's. The roomcleaning left the windows open, because it was that hot (25c) When it rain the bed, the curtains and the floor became wet en durty. There is not a small refrigerator in the room and it's not allowd to eat in the room, but the kitchen was closed at 20.00 hours.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Europe. 1. There was no hairdryer in the room – I had to go to the front desk to borrow one. 2. There was no room cleaning service at all. 3. The TV didn’t work, and the remote control was broken. I informed the staff, and they said someone would come fix it, but no one ever did – even by the time we checked out. 4. The customer service was nonexistent, and the staff had a very arrogant attitude. 5. The room facilities were old and poorly maintained. The upper bunk bed was clearly unsafe – it had no guardrail, and a child sleeping up there could easily fall off. In short, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was truly a terrible experience – as bad as it gets!

De kamer was netjes. Echter het merendeel van het personeel is wat afstandelijk, voor ons hoeft het niet zo koel en zakelijk te zijn als gezin. Een dikke min vinden we het ontbreken van een lift, vooral als je met een grote zware koffer arriveert. De dienstlift wordt geweigerd, de trap op zeulen met die handel dan maar. De muren zijn ook echt wel van karton, wij konden onze buurman lustig horen snurken tot bij ons. Het ontbijt bood voldoende variatie en werd vlot aangevuld. De tafels werden eveneens vlot afgeruimd. Echter, in alle stilte. Het persoonlijke werd een beetje gemist in dit hotel, maar misschien is dat de bedoeling en waar zij voor staan, geen idee. Al bij al toch tevreden.

Mooie familiekamer met tweepersoons- en stapelbed. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Ontbijt was best uitgebreid maar helaas werd het niet meer aangevuld na 09.15 (ontbijt was tot 10.00) waardoor dingen als de pannekoekjes, suikerbrood en aardbeienyoghurt voor ons niet meer beschikbaar waren, jammer voor vooral de kinderen.

De wastafel liep niet goed door en tijdens het ontbijt werd het servies niet goed aangevuld waardoor mensen bij elkaar moesten lenen. Handdoeken waren zeer beperkt aanwezig en de bedden vreselijk slecht. Regelmatig was het personeel niet aanwezig en bij het uitchecken werd helaas niet geïnformeerd of het verblijf goed was bevallen.
