"This property is absolutely adorable and in a wonderful location. However, the mildew smell was overpowering and most definitely unhealthy. The air conditioning of this home is controlled by a nest and could not be changed. So, every time we left the property the air conditioner went into an away mode and reset to 78 degrees. "We owned a home in Ocean Pines for 17 years before moving to Florida. We love the area. The house was spacious enough for both of us to work remotely without interrupting each other. We had friends over for dinner and found everything we needed to cook a complete meal. There was an amazing breeze off the water that allowed us to use the side screened porch each evening.
