« I throughly enjoyed my stay at the boathouse. It was walking distance to a lot of local things in Downingtown and a quick drive to Exton, King of Prussia, and West Chester. I was able to visit a lot of historic sites even in town. I got some beautiful photographs of the area, walk through the park and I saw many birds (Blue Heron) and an Eagle’s nest nearby! « This is an amazing property. The cottage is a modern renovation on an old farm house. The kitchen, bath, living space, TVs, and WiFi are excellent.
