"Comfortable. I am curious as to why a hotel with full refrigerator, cook top, microwave and toaster did not have any cooking utensils or plates, etc.? Most travelers do not bring all those items with them."

"Comfortable bed. Responsive staff when we requested extra pillows. Well rounded breakfast included. Unfortunately no hot tub. We couldn't figure out how to get the Google Cast to work even after attempts on multiple devices."

"The hot tub wasn’t working, one of the elevators was down and the other wasn’t very fast. Their breakfast was not that great either. Their rooms were very nice and big."

"There was a nearby basketball tournament; check in took over an hour with only one overwhelmed desk attendant who was going the best she could with the onslaught of guests. Kids running everywhere, parents not caring until about 11:00, then just loud parents in the atrium. I would suggest getting a room over the pool which closes earlier. Staff was great, very attentive during breakfast too."
