This prime location is just a short walk away from Del Mar's one-of-a-kind dog beach, local shops, and eateries. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay. \- There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. \- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! \- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. \- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7\. The camera is located on the driveway \- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. CANCELLATION POLICY • A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. • Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). • Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. SO close to the ocean, the infamous Del Mar dog beach, and right off the 101 within walking distance to both downtown Del Mar and Solana Beach (with all its awesome coffee shops, e-bike rentals, and farmer’s market). We came to San Diego to surf and the High Tide met our needs perfectly. The amazing (private) outdoor shower was soooo cool for our surfing crew — even those that didn’t surf tried it out because it’s so neat!! The upstairs shower is also lux — the push button start is just like being at an upscale boutique hotel. Everything in this house is brand new which is important to us —we’ve stayed in several rentals in Northern San Diego and this is our top choice for location, amenities, and features/finishes.
