The location was so close to the beach! It was a great, central location for anywhere we wanted to go. Adam, the host, was super responsive the few times we reached out.The parking space is small -- but we were able to fit our Chevy Malibu rental car by backing in and folding in the mirrors. It was nice to have a guaranteed space to park.The studio is small but functional. There is a bed and a futon. The place was clean. And it was very nice to have a patio area to sit and relax in.The location near the beach was perfect. The neighborhood wasn't bad -- but it's tight so if someone was parked in the alley way, it made it difficult to park, you could hear things going on at the neighbors (the house next to us was being worked on and I was woken up one morning by hammering), and the home had thin walls so we could hear the people in the other unit coming and going and dropping things on the floor. It wasn't bad, but it reminded you that you weren't alone. ##### JoyLynn J. The included parking space is definitely tight but super helpfu! We also appreciated the little outdoor shower to rinse sand off our feet. The neighborhood was a bit noisy on the weekend-- not a fault of the property manager, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with a younger child.
