Clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast, small fitness center

Rooms were clean. Staff is helpful. Lots of parking available.

The room was clean and well maintained the food was decent, And the staff were kind and helpful, the location is very good with many places around like malls and restaurants. I highly recommend for tourists who are looking to explore Chicago/Downtown Chicago. 5 stars!

Breakfast options were great. First time at a hotel where the breakfast offered rice!!! We also bumped into friends from out of town as well and they said they frequently revisit this hotel due to the overall value you're getting. Great place to stay for large families or big groups!
