"i definitely enjoyed my stay! the only issue i had is that i was checked into a room i didn’t pay for, my room was supposed to have the tub in the room but i didn’t. i paid extra to have that specific amenity and it was a completely different room. wasn’t going to fuss about a few extra dollars though. it’s the principle though. the person who checked me in didn’t even mention that the room i booked was unavailable or anything. so 7.99/10 for the Quality Inn !"

"Pool closed—not notified when I checked in. Really, I would not have booked without the pool! Sounded like it might have been an inspection issue as it looked fine. Disappointed grandsons. They needed to tell me upfront. "
