Located on the fourth floor, this darling, single-level condo features a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for meals or game nights, and a sunlit living area with a sofa bed and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels (don't forget your login info). Beach towels are provided. Enjoy on-site amenities, including a sun deck, and easy beach access as well as shared laundry facilities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Very clean, well stocked ( cutlery, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc). View of beach was phenomenal. Nice and quiet too

Nice trip

Enjoyed the property and stay. There was some hurricane damage outside, and the lock stuck a little, but all very minor. Great view from balcony, easy beach access, was nicely decorated and supplied.

Nice place on the quiet end off town

Overall cleanliness is good. Lots of room and balcony is a definate plus. See and hear the waves coming in. Beach is right there down the steps at the end of the parking lot.

Perfect for us.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check in was easy with a manned desk on site. The condo was clean and bright, with a sunny southern view from the balcony. It was fully stocked with everything we could have needed and more. It was a nice size for the two of us, has a nice sofa sleeper for a third or maybe a couple children. The building is older but very well kept with a beautiful pool and hot tub overlooking the beach. Heated pool and hot tub was a plus as the February weather could be a bit chilly. We would definitely recommend this to others.

Unit was good, property hurricane damaged

This unit is very neat and clean. The location is good and the regulars who reside there. I would consider going back there when all the hurricane damage is repaired, and the pool deck area. Is rebuilt and the pool is available, probably Spring 2025. I was told it was not damaged before I rented, so I was disappointed. There is a pier with a restaurant that you can see right from your balcony. That should be ready to reopen yet this year.

The room itself was great. It was clean and updated. Everything we needed was there for us. We ran into a major problem upon arrival. There was no key for us to access the building or our room. After MANY phone calls, and 2.5 hours of waiting with two young kids, we were finally able to get our keys. Other than this hiccup, the rest of our stay was perfect.

Overall great

Overall my family of four had a great stay! The room was super clean with plenty of extra blankets and towels. There was beach toys and board games which really came in handy for beach days. We happened to arrive about a month after hurricane damage so we were unable to use pool and have direct access to beach, which is obviously out of their control.
