« Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out....

« Slow check in, confused instructions as to breakfast and bar offers. Didn't seem to want to spare the time to take care of customers. Room was clean but communal areas and elevators were dirty. Not up to a reasonable standard. »

« The hotel was very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the 24 hour coffee in the lobby! The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. We were pleased our little dog was welcome and happy there was plenty of grass for her to explore! The only thing we would recommend is that the pillows were small and too squishy. I asked at the front desk if they had any other pillows, but they do not. She did offer to give us more pillows which was a nice gesture. We...
