"The 2nd floor was undergoing some work, so at the back stairway area, lots of debris in that area. Contractor should've vacuumed afterwards. The AC unit was loud, would've made falling asleep easier had the humming been lower. Overall, It was a decent experience. For the value, and convenience I will stay again."

"I did not look anything like photos from internet. I had to wait for staff manager to get out her car to come in and service me. I got keys dropped off personal items and left to attend my event. I phoned Cassandra the manager and explained the room was filty and my husband used the bathroom and touched the back of toilet was 2 inches of dust the tub looked like a crime scene. After exiting property there was a dead mouse infront of the area. I was disgusted. I asked if someone could clean it. About 10pm upon us returning the keys wouldn't work. Had to go to the front office to get new keys programmed. I explained to associate I wanted to speak witha manager and would be checking out. Of course no one returned my calls and I also asked for there Headquarters because I intend to wtite a formal complaint. She was not able to provide that. The following morning I called and Spoke with who I believe was the owner he said he would speak with a manager and get back to me. The exchange with him was veryshort and rude. He ended the phone conversation by hanging up on me."

"Pool was closed and was obvious it had been for a long time. Room had hole in wall, holes in covers, hole in ceiling with exposed wires from where smoke detector once was. Door lock was damaged air conditioner was super loud, after 11pm a sewage smell filled the room and bathroom door would not close. Management couldnt be found. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"The place is being remodeled, it's poor workmanship being done, fire sprinkler head hanging out of wall in 3 floor hallway, toilet paper roll hanger moves in wall and drops toilet paper, shower door rolls open after you close it and leaks , toilet takes two times to flush if you use toilet paper, the bathroom door has no catch latch, room door drags extremely bad when opening or closing..front entrance slider door is in bad condition, breakfast was disgusting...we tossed full plates and payed for food down the road."

"The only reason I gave four stars was because the shower had hair in it when I first got there. And there were people in and out of rooms at 4:30a making a lot of noise"

"Elevators would randomly stop working. No operable restroom for quest of 1st floor. A/C / Heat did not work. Toilet kept backing up. The carpet in the room stunk. The staff was overwhelmed. Too many negatives to list."
