« It seemed to be. We received email threats telling us how much the fines would be if we left any dirty dishes or didn’t take out the trash or checked in too early or checked out too late. All the coffee mugs had visible dirt or food on them inside and out. The water glasses had food spots on them. The lamps in one bedroom didn’t work, though they worked when plugged into an outlet in the kitchen. It was ok, but worrying about all the possible ways we might have to pay a $20, or $25, or $30 fine...

« The kitchen was excellent. Lots of nice, up to date spices and herbs to help with cooking. Living room nice size to invite some family for a visit.Bed was not really comfortable, and pillows need to be replaced. »

« Breakfast although complimentary can be a lot better. The waffles and potatoes were hard everyday. The yogurt bar wasn't fresh. Both apple and orange juice didn't taste well. There were soiled bowls with cleaned ones, more improperly cleaned. Rooms should have a microwave. The restaurant food wasn't too good, but priced fairly. Starbucks is conveniently attached to the building. The hotel was quiet and staff were amazing. The bar was very helpful. The room was clean and stocked with towels,...

« DIRTY and MICE. Second time staying here. First time was dirty but manageable. This time we could not find another place open so decided to stay here thinking it could not be worse. WRONG. Floors were filthy. Walked around in my bare feet and they were black on the bottoms. We had to wear shoes the rest of time in the house. No supplies to clean ourselves. Opened up drawer in kitchen and found mouse droppings and towels shredded by mice. Other drawers had mouse droppings. Next day opened another...
