« We found this apartment at the last minute of our New River Gorge National Park trip planning. It turned out a hidden gem to us. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood of Oak Hill, a perfect home base to visit New River Gorge and other state parks in the area. The apartment itself is cozy, charming, well lighted and spotless clean. We feel so comfortable and relaxed as at home. all appliances are well kept and properly functioned. Towels and bed sheets are soft, nice and available...

« This property was adorable and clean! It was easy to find, and Kasey communicated with me when needed in a prompt manner. It was a good location for visiting NRGNP! The theme of the loft is so fun, and the room for recording your stay on the wall was unique and enjoyable to read. The stairs leading up to the loft are a little unsteady, and it would be lovely to have a few spices for cooking. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe and comfortable! »

« Booked through VRBO - paid in full with instant confirmation. No instructions were sent by the owner, or response to my original message when I made the reservation. After two more unanswered messages to the homeowner I reached out to VRBO customer service. They were also unable to get in touch with the host (no answer and voicemail was full). Check in was supposed to be 3 pm. At close to 6pm we were told VRBO could help us with other accommodations or we could find our own. Customer service...

« We had a wonderful stay at our Winterplace condo. It was so clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the host did a great job of keeping us informed of the process as well as points of interest in the area. We enjoyed hiking on some of the ski slopes. It was quite a workout and the view was amazing. We also loved relaxing on our balcony and as an added bonus, we could see the 4th of July fireworks. »

« It was okay. One of the bunk beds had stained sheets on it and the futon style couches were worn and uncomfortable, but other than that, it served our needs. They provided the basic toiletries and kitchen items. They also had a nice book put together with suggested drives and maps. Plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our hot chocolate every morning on the deck taking in the beautiful mountain views. »

« E202 condo-We enjoyed several aspects of our stay, especially the excellent location with easy access to the slopes. Being able to bring our pet was a huge plus for our family. We also really appreciated the mud room—it was very convenient for storing skis and equipment—and the kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully labeled, condo clean.
