The Brown Stone well-lit and fully stocked with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of 3\. Driving to Fayetteville for dinner took about 10 minutes (lots of great options) and driving to ACE for white water rafting took less than 15 minutes.The location is close to the road (hwy 16) so there is a lot of road noise. There was a little candle warmer going, and lamps on, so the lighting was so cozy. We put our stuff down and took showers then a nap after a long drive. The towels and bed sheets smelled amazing! I am a big smell person, and this whole place smelled so clean, and WAS so clean. The shower was huge, the couches were comfy, full kitchen. The best sheets I was not expecting it to be two rooms, but I guess I am silly. TV was nice and quick, bed was a SPLIT KING with adjustable bed frame to go up/down which we have at home and I was not expecting. This place was just beyond all expectations and so wonderful, and we are most certainly going to come back to stay again. Conveniently located off the highway, and so close to Beckly, New River Gorge National Park, New Roots Farm, and Fayetteville. Wood Iron had amazing made from scratch breakfast, and Pies and Pints was so yummy for dinner, try the Thai Pizza and Steak and Cheese Sandwich!!
